Community Fund Rules
Follow these rules to keep the fund healthy and fair for everyone
1. Monthly Fee
- Each member must pay PKR 1,000 monthly fee.
- Fee can be paid in up to 3 installments per month.
- If the full fee isn't paid by the 5th of the month, a late penalty of PKR 50.00 is added each day.
2. Loan Rules
- Primary Loan — Max 50% of available balance. Due in 60 days. Late penalty: PKR 100.00 per day
- Secondary Loan — Max 30% of available balance. Due in 30 days. Late penalty: PKR 50.00 per day
- Minor Loan — Max PKR 2,000. Due in 14 days. Late penalty: 3% of remaining per day
3. Late Fees
- Late fees are added daily for overdue loans and unpaid monthly fees.
- Fee amounts depend on the loan type — check Loan Rules above.
- Late fees stop accumulating once the loan or fee is fully paid.
4. Payments
- Loans and late fees can be paid in installments — partial payments are allowed.
- Once fully paid, no further late fees will be added.
5. General Rules
- Members must provide valid phone number and bank account details.
- All transactions are recorded permanently.
- Admins can adjust penalty amounts and due dates in Settings at any time.
